Chant'l Martin and Skye Charlie are the co-founders of ThriveLounge DC, a networking group serving a community of millennial women in business, helping them reach their goals in the DC metropolitan area.

The Objective

One of their main revenue channels is blogging and leveraging their network of bloggers and entrepreneurs to create inspirational networking events. In order to gain more online exposure and add a more personal touch to their website and blog, Chant’l and Skye needed updated headshots individually and together. 

The Solution

Initially, CRD Creative planned to shoot simple headshots with a white background, but when arriving on location, the artwork of a city street was so striking, all agreed to use it as a backdrop to add a more urban edge and contrast. As a result, the creative energy lit up the room and Chant’l and Skye’s modeling prowess began to shine - each striking different poses and trying out new outfits that perfectly displayed their personalities for their followers on the Thrive Lounge website and blog.
